Dr Ray COLE is an Emeritus Professor and past-Director of the School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture at the University of British Columbia and past-Academic Director of UBC's Centre for Interactive Research on Sustainability. He holds the designation of North American Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture Distinguished Professor and UBC Distinguished University Scholar. Although Dr COLE’s education is in engineering and science, he has spent his entire career in the field of architectural research and education and is a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.
Dr COLE was the co-founder of the Green Building Challenge in 1998 that has evolved into the World Sustainable Building Conference series and was a member of the LafargeHolcim Awards for Sustainable Construction Jury for North America in 2008 and 2011, and Head of the Jury in 2017.

Dr FANG Dongping is a professor and chair at the School of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, China. He is also the founding director of (Tsinghua–Gammon) Construction Safety Research Center, the executive director of Institute of Future Cities and Infrastructures and the deputy director of Institute of International Engineering Project Management.
Dr FANG is a former vice president of CIB（International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction）and has been sitting on boards and committees of many international and national organisations of government, industry and academics. He has been visiting professors in Australia, Sweden and United Kingdom. He is an expert on construction safety and sustainable urbanisation and serves as members of editorial board of several renowned international journals.

Dr Roger FLANAGAN is a Professor at the School of Construction Management and Engineering, University of Reading, United Kingdom (UK). He has been the Head of School and the Dean of Faculty at the University of Reading. He is also a Visiting Professor at a number of universities including Tsinghua University, Beijing; Universiti Teknologi, Malaysia; University of New South Wales, Australia; Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden and University of East London, UK.
Dr FLANAGAN’s industrial experience includes previously being a member of the Board of Directors of Skanska AB for 10 years, a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Halcrow Group for 7 years and the President of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in 2007. He has also been a member of Board of Directors and Advisory Board member in USA, South Africa, Switzerland, Canada, and UK.

Dubbed the architect of the green building movement in Singapore, Dr John KEUNG is the first Southeast Asian to be conferred the Chairman’s Award by the World Green Building Council (WGBC) in 2015. He was also named one of the Top 25 Newsmakers of the Year 2013 by Engineering News- Record (ENR), USA.
Dr KEUNG was formerly the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) from June 2006 to May 2017. Under his leadership, BCA moved Singapore into the position of a global leader in green buildings in the tropics, raised construction productivity drastically by a cumulative 12% from 2010 to 2017 and transformed its built environment sector into one that is sustainable, digitally and technologically advanced through the adoption of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD). He was the Deputy CEO and Acting CEO of the Housing & Development Board (HDB) from 2001 to 2006 and the Deputy CEO and Deputy Chief Planner of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) from 1997 to 2001.
Dr Keung also holds Adjunct Professorships in the National University of Singapore, the Nanyang Technological University and the Singapore University of Social Science. Dr Keung is a Chartered Town Planner and earned his Doctorate of Philosophy from the University of Wales, UK.
